ABOUT THE Cross Country Invitational
The MT. SAC Cross Country Invitational is an annual cross country running event. Held at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California, it draws top high school and college teams from across the nation to compete on its challenging course.
Since the early 1950s, the MT. SAC Invitational has been known for its tough course, featuring sections like "Valley Loop," "Switchbacks," "Poop Out Hill," and "Reservoir Hill," which have become legendary in the cross country community,
The 2024 Invitational will take place on October 18th for elementary, middle school, and community college divisions, and on October 25th-26th for high school divisions. This year, those unable to attend in person can watch a live webcast.
